Our Story

My journey began about a decade ago on my home town the island of Ibiza, where I started as a kitchen assistant and eventually made my way up to London, where in 2024
I founded the Marcote Group.
I was forged amidst the fires and high pressure of renowned restaurants like KM5 Ibiza and Blue Marlin Ibiza, where I also fell in love with cooking – its flames, aromas, flavours, and textures. In London, I had the privilege of working and learning from esteemed chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Quique Dacosta, and Nobu. With them, I honed my culinary skills and put into practice everything I had learned before.
Additionally, during this time in London, I had the opportunity to work as a VIP area optimiser in prestigious nightclubs like KOKO, PRINTWORKS, DRUMSHEDS, and FABRIC, gaining firsthand insight into delivering excellent standards and services to high-standing clientele.
Cooking and hospitality, to me, go beyond mere ingredient preparation or satisfying hunger; they represent a journey of expression and connection, transcending boundaries to communicate emotions. We strive not only for fantastic meals but also to deliver unforgettable experiences.
